Orders normally need 1–3 business days for processing after payment confirmation. Delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. For a missing or delayed parcel, send your order number and tracking details. See Shipping Policy for the full process.

Start an eligible return request within 30 calendar days of delivery. For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, describe the issue and include relevant photos where possible. We will explain the appropriate remedy and any return instructions. See Return & Refund Policy.
