Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details and review the final total. You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to make the purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. If stock, payment checks, shipping availability, or an obvious listing error prevents fulfillment, we contact you. Unfulfilled goods for which payment was collected are refunded. A materially different item is not substituted without your agreement.

Consult the relevant product page for specifications and variations. Screen settings can affect color appearance, but goods must match their material description. Prices, currency, discounts, shipping, and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Future price changes do not change an already accepted purchase. For an obvious pricing or listing error, we contact you to resolve it or cancel with an appropriate refund.

Normal processing takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch to supported destinations, unless a destination-specific estimate is disclosed before purchase. Shipping charges appear at checkout. Contact us with your order number as soon as you need to cancel an order or correct an address. We will try to help before fulfillment starts. Changes are not guaranteed after preparation or fulfillment has begun. Orders successfully canceled before fulfillment carry no cancellation fee; refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipped orders follow our return policy.

Eligible return requests begin within 30 calendar days after delivery. Standard preference returns require unused goods in original condition, with packaging and accessories; the customer pays return shipping and no restocking fee applies. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods receive an appropriate remedy without additional cost to the customer. We remain responsible for our obligations. No term excludes liability, statutory warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. A voluntary warranty applies only if expressly offered for the product. If events outside reasonable control disrupt fulfillment, we communicate the available options; applicable cancellation and refund rights remain.
